Privacy Policy
Your tool data stays in your browser
The free calculators and document generators on ApnaSalary.in run entirely client-side, in your browser. The information you enter into these tools - names, salary amounts, PAN numbers, addresses, invoice details - is not transmitted to our servers. Single documents (salary slips, rent receipts, invoices) are created on your device and downloaded directly from it. The one exception is the Pro bulk salary-slip feature, which sends your uploaded CSV to our server to build the ZIP; that CSV is processed in memory to generate the files and is not retained afterward.
Pro purchases
The free tools need no account. If you buy a Pro license, our payment processor (Razorpay) handles your card/UPI details - we never see or store them. We do store the information needed to deliver and support your license: your email address, the Razorpay payment and order IDs, the amount paid, and the license key we issue. We use your email to send you the license key and to let you recover it later. We do not sell this data or use it for marketing.
Analytics
When enabled, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate site usage - which pages are visited and which tools are popular. This collects only standard, anonymised technical information (such as page path, referrer and device type) and never includes anything you type into the tools. We do not use cross-site tracking analytics.
Third-party advertising
ApnaSalary may display advertising served by third parties such as Google AdSense. When ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. For more information on how Google uses data in advertising, see Google's advertising policies.
